The Executive Recruiter is accountable for executing the complete life process of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level expert direct hire task orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define tactical goals and employing needs. Analyzes hiring requirements, figures out finest recruiting techniques, creates, and releases client and role-specific recruiting techniques. Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting leading tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or pertinent market experience is needed.

Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of expert work experience.

The expected wage for this position is $50,000 unless detailed below. In addition to base salary, the position is likewise qualified for reward payment based on accomplishments laid out in the settlement strategy.

New York- All Other Locations - $60,405.80
Washington - $77,968.80
Benefit offerings for full-time work consist of medical, oral, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term impairment, additional voluntary advantages, commuter advantages, health plans, and a 401k strategy or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave consists of Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis as much as 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and vacation hours are prorated based upon hire date within the calendar year.
